We can highly recommend Ash. We hadn't got prior recommendation but took faith in his public online reviews, and we're so glad we did. Initially he asked for a video of the work we wanted doing — handmade wooden kitchen cupboards which unfortunately hadn't been treated properly and the knot stain oils had started to discolour the paintwork. Ash sanded back, treated the knots, primed and hand painted, and it's like we have a new kitchen! He's done an amazing job and we're so happy. We'll definitely be having Ash back for future projects. He was punctual, polite, friendly, cleaned up after himself and worked without breaks. Amazing service. Thank you Ash.

We recently hired Ash to paint our entire house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. He was excellent from start to finish. He was very efficient, worked cleanly, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The job was finished on time, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Both my partner and I are extremely happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional painter.

He arrived promptly every day and was very tidy ensuring that everything was left in a neat manner at the end of the day. I would highly recommend his work and will be using him again!

Voluntary Action LeicesterShire is a local Charity, we came across A.S Painting Contractors last year. Ash was polite on the phone and came out to do a site visit within a day of VAL contacting him. His price was very reasonable and due to the nature of our building and clients, Ash worked outside of office hours. Ash was approached again 6 months later with a large project of painting our dated corridors and front staircase, Ash worked evenings, weekends to ensure the deadline was met, Ash takes pride in his work and this shows through his finish. The quality of his work truly stands out. Moreover, the quotes Ashley provides are very reasonable, offering great value for the excellent service he delivers. I highly recommend Ashley for any painting needs. Five stars. Ash after being at VAL through his various areas of work, became familiar with our VALUES Project which works with adults with a learning disability, Ash was so generous to offer his time and material and painted their cooking kitchen for FREE. Ash comes highly recommended, and we are very grateful for the time he spent transforming our VALUES Cooking Kitchen.

I hired Ash to paint the outside of the house and garage - windows, doors, iron railings and driveway gate. Ash quoted a fair price and asked for a small deposit to cover the materials and showed up exactly when he said he would (on a bank holiday no less!). The most impressive aspect of Ash's work is his attention to the preparation. He sanded everything down meticulously and applied two coats of paint. The whole project took over a week. I really enjoyed working with Ash, he is courteous and polite, cracks on with the job and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. I already recommended him to a couple I bumped into in Wickes and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work from a reliable painter.

Had an excellent experience with Ashley. Called for a quote and was not hopeful of finding someone to meet my timelines. Ashley came on-site to provide a quote and went out his way to fit me in. Price was good and work ethic and finish was great. Every day turned up early and can't remember him taking much of a break. Always provided advice as he was painting and came back again at short notice to touch up for me. Will definitely be using his services again in the future.

AS decorated our new house throughout 2 years ago including the front door internally and externally. We have had them back since to paint the fencing and update the kitchen with a feature wall. Ash was professional, polite, gave honest advice, was fair in price and the work was completed to a very high standard in the time said! Will be coming back to AS in the summer for exterior painting and maybe to refresh the house. Defo recommend.
